All the staff were pleasant, well experienced. The room was fairly quiet, I thoroughly enjoyed it, it also included central heating, multi-channel TV, and tea/coffee making equipment.

Stunningly beautiful affordable hotel, worth its 3 stars. Nice and beautiful rooms with a cozy bed and great view, as example, courteous staff. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Great stay, as always.

Location right by Bernstorff Castle, a gorgeous park and colse, and a spacious park area. Again, walking distance to Bernstorffsparken Park. Coffee and tea making equipment, a work desk, and a television with satellite channels available in the double room.

This place is an optimal selection for short visits in Gentofte with really good value. The brunch was really excellent, with a wide selection of quality food and drinks. Make sure to check the timings for brunch, as it can get busy on weekends.

Bernstrong castle has a fine atmosphere with its authentic buildings. Our double room was cozy, with a comfortable couch, made lounging perfect. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious, especially the organic coffee. The expansive gardens, also open to locals, added to the charm and are a great spot for a morning jog.

The breakfast spread was good, filled with fresh produce and scrumptious options. The enchanting park surrounding the castle was perfect for a leisurely stroll. Lastly, the cozy Double Room provided all the comfort I needed to recharge after exploring the area.
While the overall experience was lovely, the hot water fiasco on our final day was a bit of a bummer. Plus, the early morning staff noise was unexpectedly disruptive for a hotel stay.

The room was cozy and perfect for a good night's sleep, and I loved having a beautiful park nearby where dogs could roam free. I really enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and taking a stroll around the lovely garden. Just a heads up, the breakfast wasn't available this time, but it didn't ruin my experience 😊

Decent fresh air in the area, great for safe sleep with the window open. The large water flow during showers was a surprise, a nice perk to start the day.
The absence of air conditioning makes for a rather uncomfortable stay when temperatures rise, and the beds being made up of two separate spring mattresses is questionable for comfort. The breakfast isn't worth the hype, with limited choices and no quality to speak of. Toiletries are sparse, just a shower gel, and the thin towels don't help either. Plus, the connection between rooms feels disconnected and isolated.

Lovely stay in a castle setting!
We spent 2 nights here and had a blast! The reception staff were super friendly and let us check in early, a huge plus. The location is fine, right in an old estate with easy access to Copenhagen by train. The brunch was a feast-everything from pastries to warm dishes, just delish! Though, I wish the room was a tad bigger.

Perfect for a getaway
I was blown away by the historical charm, having breakfast in a castle setting was surreal! The huge gardens were perfect for a quiet stroll, really seemed like I was in a different time.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, still manageable.
